There are many dogs, whether small or large, have a strong jaw force that can wreak havoc at home, or even bite someone. To measure the strength of dog bites, a scientific scale called Pound force per Square Inch is used, PSI, or pound-force per square inch. This is the pressure resulting from the force of a pound-force with application to an area of one square inch.As you probably already guessed, the dog with the highest PSI is the one with the strongest bite. The American Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, conducted a study on the reality of dog breeds to observe which dog has the most expressive bite force. In this selection are highlighted the 10 breeds of dogs with the strongest bites, along with their PSI.
